The Role As a Process Worker, you’ll be joining our Sliding Products team, contributing to a variety of production tasks. Your responsibilities will include assembly of windows and doors products. You will also be involved in handling aluminium extrusions, processing through the punch press, sorting, stacking, and general material handling. You will work in a team-focused environment, following lean manufacturing principles to ensure production processes are efficient, safe, and of the highest quality. Full training is provided, with ongoing support to develop your skills and knowledge across the department. The Person Ability to communicate confidently and effectively to ensure work is completed safely and accurately Exceptional organisational and time management skills Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Physically fit with strong manual handling skills Experience in manufacturing, production line assembly highly regarded Understanding of lean manufacturing principles an advantage Own reliable transport essential due to location The Benefits 38-hour week with Monthly Paid RDO!
