ABOUT THE ROLE Develop and inspire operational managers across multiple states, fostering a culture of leadership capability and high engagement. Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery while maintaining strict compliance with WHS legislation and licensing requirements. Implement national operational strategies and cost-saving initiatives aligned with long-term organisational growth. Act as the primary escalation point for major clients, championing satisfaction and building robust professional relationships. ABOUT YOU You bring proven experience in multi-state operational leadership, ideally within the security or large-scale service industries. You are a commercially astute leader with a track record of managing budgets, KPIs, and complex contract compliance. You possess the ability to lead through influence, embedding accountability and structure within diverse teams. Tertiary qualifications in Business or Operations are preferred, along with relevant leadership and security industry credentials.
