Permanent Opportunity Growing Organisation in an Exciting Industry Leadership Role reporting to the Senior Leadership Team An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing organisation based in Western Sydney. This role suits a hands-on leader with proven capability in developing, implementing, and embedding effective processes and procedures. You will enjoy building strong systems, developing people, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. You will play a key role in connecting quality systems to real operational outcomes, working closely with operations, suppliers, and customers while leading site audits and compliance. About the Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the site’s quality and safety framework, ensuring best practice compliance and performance. Key responsibilities include: Owning and managing the site Quality Management System (QMS) Leading internal, external, regulatory, and customer audits Acting as the primary site representative during audits and customer visits Managing required certifications and regulatory compliance Leading supplier audits, including primary producers Managing NCRs, customer complaints, and quality investigations Driving quality culture through strong production floor engagement Leading, mentoring, and developing a small team Analysing quality data, trends, and non-conformances Partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance Occasional interstate travel to suppliers and stakeholders About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline Proven experience as a QA Manager in a manufacturing environment (FMCG highly regarded) Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and regulatory standards Strong leadership capability with a hands-on approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead from the front and build trust across diverse teams Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset Flexibility to travel interstate when required Why Join?
