Administrative Assistant - Payroll & Accounts Receivable Roster: Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm (Part-Time & School Hours Considered) Location: Wembley, WA Employment Type: Permanent Join our friendly Wembley head office team as an Administrative Assistant - Payroll & Accounts Receivable . This role provides a genuine pathway into a payroll career , with hands-on experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and finance administration, plus opportunities to grow and develop within the team. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1. Payroll Support Assist with weekly payroll processing, including timesheet entry and verification of hours Maintain and update employee payroll records (address changes, tax forms, benefits, etc.) Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and staff in a timely, professional manner 2. Accounts Receivable Assistance Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with company policies Upload invoices to relevant accounting platforms 3.
