Project Manager – Civil & Bulk Earthworks Western Australia FIFO 2/1 or 10/4 Salary packages - $335,000 - $365,000 TFR Our client is entering an exponential growth phase across W.A. Delivering Civil projects - Bulk & Detailed Earthworks, Dewatering and Maintenance. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil and bulk earthworks projects across Western Australia. About the Role: You will manage projects from mobilisation to completion, overseeing site teams, subcontractors, plant and commercial performance while ensuring delivery against safety, quality, program and budget targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate engineers, supervisors, operators and subcontractors Manage bulk earthworks, drainage, roadworks and associated civil works Monitor budgets, KPIs, procurement and subcontractor performance Maintain strong client and Tier 1 stakeholder relationships Ensure compliance with design specs, QA/QC, HSEQ and contractual requirements Prepare reports, look-ahead programs and manage risk registers About You: 5 years’ experience delivering civil construction bulk earthworks projects with Tier 1 W.A mining clients Strong leadership and team management capability Solid technical understanding of civil methodologies and earthworks Diploma or higher in Project Management, Civil Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience) Proficient in Microsoft suit - MS Project (or similar scheduling tools) Safety-focused, commercially aware and client-driven Why Join: Growing WA business with strong project pipeline Leadership role with real ownership and autonomy Supportive, performance-driven team culture If your experience matches the above criteria, please apply!
