Your Role in the Project Life Cycle You will support the project through its various phases, ensuring the new system meets the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities: Gap Analysis: Assist in comparing our current business processes against the capabilities of the new system. User Stories & Documentation: Translate business needs into clear "User Stories" for the technical team to build. UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Help coordinate and perform testing to ensure the system actually works the way it’s supposed to before we go live. Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure everyone is on the same page. Training Support: Help create "how-to" guides and documentation to help our staff transition to the new system. Who You Are Education: A degree in Business Analytics is essential The "Quick Study": You have a knack for learning new software interfaces and complex workflows in record time. Clear Communicator: You can explain a technical glitch to a non-technical person without causing a headache. Team Player: You enjoy collaborative problem-solving and are happy to "roll up your sleeves" to help the team meet a project deadline. Analytical Mindset: You don't just see data; you see the story it’s telling. Familiarity with Excel is a advantageous; SQL or Jira/Confluence knowledge is a bonus.
