What you’ll be doing: As a graduate in our restructuring team, you’ll get to work in creative project teams to manage Australia’s largest and most complex corporate restructures, receiverships, administrations and liquidations. While no two days will be the same, you can expect to: collaborate onsite with a team managing the daily operations of distressed businesses handle creditor enquires and engage key stakeholders through the insolvency process assist in executing sale transactions for businesses and assets conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for lenders, regulators and businesses develop cash flow forecasts and financial models participate in business development and marketing activities research new opportunities by analysing financial and market information and reporting findings to Partners But it’s not all about work.
