About The Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of eCommerce to lead and accelerate our digital revenue performance across Shopify and global marketplaces, including Amazon. This is a hands on commercial leadership role for someone who has successfully scaled digital channels and understands how to drive profitable growth across owned and marketplace environments. You will lead two direct reports: DTC Channel Manager, responsible for Shopify Marketplaces Channel Manager, responsible for Amazon and other marketplaces You will own the eCommerce P&L and be accountable for revenue growth, margin optimisation, marketplace expansion and trading performance. Key Accountabilities Commercial Ownership Full accountability for digital revenue, gross margin and contribution Weekly trading reviews and performance reporting Promotional and pricing strategy aligned to commercial objectives Revenue forecasting and pacing Marketplace Leadership Own Amazon performance across regions Manage and optimise agency partnerships Improve Buy Box performance, advertising efficiency and listing optimisation Expand into new marketplaces globally including Walmart, Target and emerging platforms Develop repeatable marketplace launch playbooks Shopify and DTC Optimisation Oversee the ongoing optimisation of our Shopify site Improve conversion rates through CRO, merchandising and UX discipline Own the end to end customer journey including checkout, fulfilment and payment flows Align lifecycle marketing including Klaviyo flows and retention initiatives Team Leadership Set clear KPIs and performance expectations for direct reports Drive a disciplined weekly trading cadence Foster a high accountability, commercially focused culture Requirements About You You are commercially assertive, data driven and deeply experienced in eCommerce trading. You have scaled Amazon and Shopify businesses before and understand the levers that drive revenue and profitability. You are comfortable in Seller Central, analytics dashboards and performance reports daily. You are confident making commercial calls on pricing, promotions and channel investment. You have experience managing agencies and optimising channel performance at scale. You thrive in fast moving, growth focused environments and enjoy taking ownership of outcomes.
