The Role You’ll be the operational backbone of our Creative Team, overseeing production workflows across both Simply Nootropics and Tmrw. This role ensures structure, speed, and quality across two fast-scaling wellness brands. You’ll work directly with our Head of Creative and collaborate with strategists, designers, editors, copywriters, and marketing leads across paid media, email, web, product launches, and community. What You’ll Be Responsible For Project & Workflow Coordination (Core Focus) Coordinate briefs, timelines, and deliverables across both brands Own and maintain the master marketing calendar Ensure deadlines are clearly communicated and met Surface blockers early and keep projects moving Maintain clean feedback loops across paid social, email, web, and organic Keep project management systems accurate and consistently used You will always know what’s in production, what’s blocked, and what’s shipping — across both brands. Quality Assurance & Review Review creative assets before they reach the Head of Creative Maintain QA checklists across formats and channels Flag inconsistencies, errors, or off-brand work Act as the internal quality gate before distribution Asset & Production Management Own the creative asset library across both brands Enforce naming conventions and version control Manage internal and external file transfers Track production costs and vendor invoices Reporting & Process Improvement Track creative output volumes and delivery metrics Maintain status dashboards and documentation Monitor workflow compliance and recommend improvements Requirements 3 years experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or creative operations Experience working with remote teams across time zones Strong organisational and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously High attention to detail and quality control mindset Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, or similar) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Proactive problem-solver who surfaces blockers early Strong written English communication Nice to have: Experience in eCommerce, wellness, supplements, or DTC brands Understanding of paid social production cycles Experience managing creative asset libraries Benefits Fully remote role (work from anywhere in the Philippines) Work across two fast-scaling global wellness brands Exposure to high-performance paid media and creative teams Clear ownership and autonomy in your role A no-politics, flat management structure that is results-focused Flexible working structure with accountability Opportunity to grow as the brands expand internationally Competitive salary based on experience Product and health allowance every month Work alongside team members across NZ, Australia, US, UK, SEA and UAE We value clarity, performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.
