Field Marketing Manager Full Time A bit about the role : Overview of the position – The Field Marketing Manager sits in the Home Lending Marketing Team that drives towards Bankwest’s strategic goals. Key purpose – The team is responsible for brand fame that attracts our target customers and ambitious mortgage Brokers through best-in-class marketing planning and execution. Main responsibilities Support the development and implementation of field marketing initiatives aligned within the mortgage broker channel. Manage end to end delivery of partnerships, sponsorships, events and campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. Includes contract negotiation through to in market activity delivery. Work collaboratively across product, customer experience, operations, planning, brand, compliance and insights teams. Deliver acquisition and engagement activity in‑market, supporting proposition development and execution and maximising the impact of marketing initiatives. Your day-to-day: Daily tasks – Build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners and third‑party stakeholders. Deliver marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, partnerships and sponsorships. Tools used – Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Figma desirable. Collaboration – Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and broker networks. Decision-making – Manage budgets associated with field marketing and sponsorship delivery and contribute to planning and execution decisions. Problem-solving – Analyse marketing performance, problem solve and optimise activity using channel insights and performance data. A bit about you: Strong stakeholder and supplier management, project management capability, attention to detail and communication skills. Curiosity with a passion for finding better ways of working and a strong growth mindset. Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in B2B, channel marketing, field marketing or relationship led environments. Financial services or highly regulated industry experience is desirable but not essential. We’re interested in hearing from people with: Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, sponsorships, events or field marketing roles. Experience delivering end-to-end marketing initiatives and working closely with sales teams to support pipeline growth, acquisition and relationship development. Contract negotiations with external stakeholders. Ability to analyse marketing performance and connect marketing activity to business outcomes. Strong analytical capability to optimise campaigns and initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in dynamic environments.
