Lasseters is seeking a confident, visible, and decisive Night Operations Manager to oversee all casino floor operations during night trading hours. This is not a desk role. This is hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for operational continuity, regulatory compliance, guest safety, service excellence, and cross-department coordination when senior day management is off-site.
