About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Speech Pathologist to join an established multidisciplinary team based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. In this leadership role, you will manage your own clinical caseload while mentoring and supervising junior clinicians, driving clinical excellence across the speech pathology team. Your clinical caseload will be adult clients (aged 16) within the NDIS and aged care spaces. Key responsibilities will include communication assessments, swallowing (dysphagia) assessment, mealtime management plans and reviews, and therapy programs. Experience in intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, ABI, ASD, mental health or neurology will be highly regarded.
