About the Role: We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join an established multidisciplinary team based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity to consolidate your knowledge and expand your skills in a supportive team environment with a dedicated New Graduate Program. Your clinical caseload will be adult clients (aged 16) within the NDIS and aged care spaces. Every day will be different, but your key responsibilities will include communication assessments, swallowing (dysphagia) assessment, mealtime management plans and reviews, and therapy programs. Services are delivered across a range of funding models, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skillset with long-term career pathways into specialisation.
