The Opportunity: This newly created role will support the CEO and Corporate Leadership team while overseeing the smooth running of the Brisbane Head Office. The role is a split between office management and executive assistant support. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses and approvals • Prepare and refine executive presentations and corporate documents • Manage confidential executive information • Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities and supplies • Coordinate corporate events, customer meetings and executive functions About You: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills with excellent attention to detail • Mature, professional and confident working with C-suite stakeholders • Highly organised and adaptable in a growing, changing environment • Experience with compliance or change management highly regarded What’s in it for you?
