Position Details Lineage is now looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Administration Supervisor to guide the administration function at our high-performing Laverton site — a critical facility within Australia’s cold-chain network. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone currently supervising an operational admin or customer service team in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly — supporting operations, customers and frontline leaders every day. The Opportunity As our Warehouse Administration Supervisor, you will support and coach a team of administration professionals responsible for customer orders, invoicing, inventory support and site administration. Working closely with Shift Supervisors and operational leaders, you’ll be the go-to problem solver, ensuring service delivery is accurate, timely and consistent — even when priorities shift. What You’ll Be Doing Coaching and developing a busy warehouse administration team Overseeing daily admin activities including customer orders, receipts, invoicing and purchase orders Acting as a key point of contact for customers, managing escalations and supporting service reviews Maintaining customer master data and supporting stocktakes and inventory investigations Partnering closely with operational leaders to support daily site performance Managing site supplies, PPE, uniforms and consumables Supporting safety, compliance and data entry activities (FSANZ, HACCP, CoR) Ensuring a safe, engaged and continuous improvement-focused team culture What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics or operational admin supervisory role Experience supervising a small to medium team In-depth understanding of customer orders, inventory movements and invoicing processes Confident communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments Exposure to logistics, cold storage, FMCG or supply chain operations (highly regarded) Proficient IT skills across Microsoft Office and WMS/TMS systems The Lineage Difference At Lineage, you’re part of something bigger — helping to feed the world.
