Senior Supervisor – Transport - Welshpool (Beverages WA) About the Role and Opportunity - Are you an experienced transport leader looking to take the next step in a high‑impact, customer‑focused operation. Toll Group is seeking a Senior Supervisor to join our Beverages WA Transport team, supporting major beverage customers across Metro Perth. As the Senior Supervisor – Transport, you will be responsible for effectively managing and organising the transport of customer products to various outlets across Metro Perth. You will ensure timely, cost‑effective dispatch while achieving KPI targets, driving safety, and fostering a strong customer‑first culture. This role also contributes to broader operational strategies, playing a key part in developing improvements, forecasting operational needs, and implementing initiatives that enhance profitability and performance. Key Responsibilities, but not limited to - Lead daily transport operations to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and on‑time service delivery while meeting all operational KPIs. Plan and allocate labour, fleet, and resources, including monitoring vehicle maintenance and ensuring all equipment meets legislative and compliance requirements. Build strong customer relationships, liaising closely on load requirements and ensuring a consistent customer‑first approach across the operation. Develop and lead the team, providing training, coaching, clear expectations, and promoting a collaborative, high‑performance culture. Drive continuous improvement, identifying operational inefficiencies, contributing to strategy, and implementing initiatives that enhance workflow and service delivery. Support commercial and business performance, maintaining accurate operational records, linking goals to practical execution, and contributing to profitability in a high-impact environment. What We’re Looking For – Proven leadership experience in transport or logistics operations. Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (CoR, NHVR) and safety standards. Strong leadership capability with a hands-on, proactive mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
