The Workshop Coordinator - PCV plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely builds, efficient workflows, and full process compliance within the workshop environment. This role supports the end-to-end coordination of production jobs, ensuring materials, documentation, and processes are well-prepared and executed smoothly. Acting as a key link between Operations, Workshop, Warehouse, and other stakeholders, the Workshop Coordinator ensures job readiness, resolves day-to-day issues, maintains accurate documentation, and keeps systems up to date to support safe, efficient, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage job documentation to ensure production readiness Coordinate parts and materials to support uninterrupted workflow Provide hands-on support to production scheduling and job progression Coordinate peripheral, non-technical activities within the Welshpool workshop, ensuring these tasks are not performed by Team Leaders, Supervisors, or Managers, enabling leaders to remain present on the workshop floor with a focus on safety and quality Liaise closely with workshop teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow momentum Ensure accurate system updates and compliance with internal processes What You Bring Experience with job tracking or ERP systems (Epicor highly regarded) Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly Capability to work independently while managing competing priorities What we offer Competitive remuneration package.
