What You’ll Be Doing Drive new business through proactive sales, networking, and lead generation Manage and grow existing client accounts Run the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sales calls to placements Recruit across blue-collar roles Build strong talent pipelines and maintain a ready-to-go workforce Negotiate rates, manage margins, and maximise profitability Ensure compliance, payroll accuracy, and smooth onboarding This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your hustle directly impacts your earnings.
