We're looking for a Roads and Drains Labourer to join our civil construction team. If you love working outdoors, getting things done, and having a laugh with your mates while doing it - this could be your next gig! Hours & Pay Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Every 2nd Friday off as an RDO Pay: $33.38/hr 12% super What You'll Do Safely handle and dispose of materials and waste (we're all about doing it right!) Operate and maintain plant and equipment, including your PPE, according to manufacturer instructions and safety procedures Concreting for paths, curbs, gullies, pits, pram ramps Installation of signage Work safely and efficiently with a friendly, hard-working team Assist in digging, clearing, and cleaning drainage channels, ditches, and culverts Remove debris, waste, and blockages to maintain proper water flow Operate basic hand tools and, occasionally, small machinery under supervision ✅ What You Need: White Card - essential Opens Class C Licence - essential MR Licence or higher - desirable Experience in civil construction Your own safety boots, hi-vis long sleeve shirt, long pants, wide brim hat, gloves, and safety glasses Why You'll Love It Regular RDOs to enjoy a long weekend every second week Competitive pay plus super Hands-on work where you can see the results of your effort every day Be part of a fun, supportive, and safety-conscious crew If you're reliable, safety-minded, and ready to jump into a team that gets things done (and has a bit of fun along the way), we want to hear from you!
