Working within the Infrastructure function of our ICT Operations team, this role plays a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continual improvement of Adbri’s technology environment. You’ll be responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure—supporting both BAU activities and forward‑thinking technology initiatives. You’ll also contribute to ongoing technical development, helping drive innovation and ensuring our platforms, systems, and procedures align with organisational standards—empowering our people and partners to work effectively. Responsibilities Administer and monitor Adbri’s servers, data resources, and infrastructure. Manage incidents, service requests, and change processes in line with Group Technology standards. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for systems and processes. Provide guidance, training, and support to Group Technology team members while collaborating on internal and external projects. Proactively optimise the infrastructure environment and build strong relationships with external service desks and vendors. What you will need to succeed Experience supporting core infrastructure systems: Backup, DR, Hypervisors, Compute, Storage, Datacentre. VMware administration and Windows Server (2016–2025) including Active Directory. Security operations experience, including vulnerability remediation. Strong networking fundamentals, ideally with Cisco Meraki, LAN/WAN, and firewalls. Exposure to enterprise applications (ERP, ITSM) and cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Office 365.
