We’re looking for a WIL Senior Officer to join our innovative STEM College WIL Team. About the role In this role, you’ll help shape meaningful placement experiences for students by sourcing, coordinating, and allocating Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities across STEM disciplines. You’ll be a key contact for students, academics, and industry partners — helping to ensure placement processes run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll join a collaborative squad that supports specific disciplines within the College. Our squads are continually refining their ways of working, so you’ll have the chance to contribute ideas, embrace new approaches , and help drive improvements that benefit the whole team. Your day-to-day will include: coordinating stakeholders and placement logistics responding to student enquiries verifying mandatory pre placement requirements maintaining high - quality data in the InPlace CRM supporting continuous improvement of WIL systems and processes This is a dynamic role where your initiative, judgement and teamwork will make a real difference to the student experience. To be successful in this position, you will have : Strong communication and relationship building skills High-quality administrative experience (WIL experience is a plus) Ability to work collaboratively within a squad-based team Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure Attention to detail, initiative, and flexibility Confidence learning and using digital systems If you have experience in high volume WIL administration—especially within health or allied health— we’d love to hear from you. The Group’s end-to-end professional support ensures a consistent approach to the operational and strategic functioning of the College and adherence to University policies and procedures. The STEM College Office professional staff are instrumental in providing students with a transformative and enriched learning experience, and in supporting our research and engagement administration activities.
