Job Summary: This role is to support the senior technical BA’s as someone who can take on small projects independently to support future Fusion teams that myprosperity are providing BA resources. Responsibilities: Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to define functional and technical requirements Define epics/features/stories with clear acceptance criteria and traceability Lead technical discovery across systems, data flows and dependencies Produce/maintain API specs, data mappings and sequence/context diagrams Lead agile ceremonies when required Embed non‑functional requirements (performance, availability, security, privacy, observability) Manage backlog refinement and user acceptance testing for independent projects Coordinate with vendors/partners Support test planning/UAT. Develop test conditions and assist with data setup/tools Maintain high‑quality Jira/Confluence hygiene. Drive backlog refinement and release readiness Maintain documentation standards Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies and financial software Requirements: Understanding of APIs and integration patterns - REST, JSON/XML, OpenAPI Proven requirements management in complex, multi system environments Demonstrated non-functional requirements definition/validation Excellent stakeholder communication (technical and non technical) Strong Agile delivery practices with advanced Jira/Confluence Financial services/accounting/wealth domain exposure or appropriate education Support collaboration experience The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
