In this role, you will work closely with our Group Counsel Legal Operations and partner with teams across Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT and our panel law firms. Key responsibilities include: Managing our legal invoicing and supporting strong spend management practices within the Legal team and with our law firms and deliver regular reporting Managing workflows and processes we use in our legal matter management system and on Workday, and maintaining quality, up to date data in these systems Maintaining quality and up to date data in our systems and in relation to our law firms, involving data cleansing, following up with APA lawyers and law firm contacts. You will also work closely with the APA Legal team and Group Counsel - Legal Operations to Support: Identifying enhancements to improve systems functionality and team processes Maintaining our team knowledge databases Coordinating team meetings, onboarding and training Occasional administrative support to the General Counsel. About you 3 years in a corporate or professional services environment e xperience working with legal billing (knowledge of Workday and in-house legal matter management systems an advantage but not essential) experience supporting legal billing or professional services invoicing strong organisation and communication skills an ability to juggle competing priorities with accuracy and accountability. Highly desirable: Experience with workflow automation solutions A genuine interest in learning new technologies and improving processes.
