Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a Community Engagement Specialist who knows how to build, nurture, and energise online communities. You’ll be the human heartbeat of our brand - the person who turns users into advocates, conversations into insights, and engagement into loyalty. What You’ll Do Manage and grow online communities across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, forums, and in‑app channels Facilitate conversations, answer questions, and keep discussions healthy, active, and on‑brand Build relationships with power users, VIPs, and community influencers Plan and execute community events, AMAs, competitions, and engagement campaigns Gather community insights and feedback to share with product, marketing, and leadership Monitor sentiment, identify trends, and proactively address issues Develop community guidelines, playbooks, and engagement frameworks What You Bring 2–3 years’ experience in community management, engagement, or customer‑facing digital roles Experience in online gambling, gaming, crypto, or fintech (or strong interest in these sectors) Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport Comfortable managing fast‑moving, high‑volume online conversations Data‑aware mindset- you understand what good engagement looks like and how to measure it A proactive, people‑first approach Why you’ll love it Enjoy being in a high-achieving and collaborative team who are passionate about the industry and what they do best.
