The Marketing Specialist - Online is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, online product launches, managing regular updates across online channels and optimise customer engagement in a regulated industry environment. This role is based in Adelaide, SA and is an in-office role. Salary Range: $80,000 - $82,000 Super Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated online marketing strategies aligned with retail and brand goals, to increase online sales and customer engagement. Manage homepage updates to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Drive CRM and email marketing initiatives using segmentation and automation workflows Monitor website performance and campaign using different reporting tools. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor KPIs and digital trends to deliver insights that support data-led decision-making. Plan digital ad campaigns across different platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product and campaign launches. Provide analysis and feedback based on market behavior and trends. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (essential). Master’s degree in marketing or marketing Analytics (desirable). Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role. Prior experience in the tobacco or FMCG industry is preferred. Expertise in regulated industry marketing compliance is considered a plus. Experienced user of: Google Analytics (GA4), Klaviyo, Adobe Commerce (Magento 2.0), CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LogRocket.
