The RoleAs a Retail Stock Controller for Smokemart and GiftBox, you’ll ensure stores have the right stock at the right time. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Allocations Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping inventory accurate, supporting store performance, and collaborating across teams. Responsibilities:• Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accuracy with our systems.• Analyze sales trends to forecast demand and place timely stock orders.• Coordinate allocations from warehouses to stores to maximize sales and minimize costs.• Verify deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain quality control.• Generate stock reports and provide insights to support decision-making.• Identify opportunities to improve stock processes and contribute innovative ideas.
