Advanced Mobile Plant Operator - 2&1 Roster We are seeking experienced Excavator and Dozer Operators to join our tier 1 mining client in the Pilbara region. This is for an ongoing contract role, giving you job security on a family and travel friendly 2&1 roster. Pay Rates: $70 per hour Weekly Pay Super on all hours Location: FIFO from Perth only, Pilbara region Work Type: Contract 2&1 roster Start: Late Feb / Early March What You’ll Do: Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, and other plant to support civil construction activities. Perform basic pre‑start checks, routine maintenance and safety inspections Follow site plans, instructions, and safety procedures to deliver quality work on time Requirements: Proven experience as a mobile plant operator. Site has Liebherr 600t machines onsite – need experience on machines over 400t. Strong D10 or D11 experience, complementary Loader (994’s), Graders (16 and 24m’s) well regarded, but majority of work on Dozers and Excavators. Need to have worked loading autonomous trucks.
