Office Manager - up to $120k plus Super Campbelltown | Growth Focused Role | High Impact Position Morgan Consulting is partnering with a growing electrical services business seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support the Director and keep the business running smoothly. This is not a traditional office role. It combines team and operational coordination with ownership of internal processes and the customer journey. It will suit someone who enjoys structure, systems, and making things happen. The business is expanding and the role will grow with performance. There is genuine opportunity to take on more responsibility over time. The Role You will act as the central point for operational coordination, supporting the Director and ensuring workflows and processes across the business run efficiently. Key responsibilities include: • Managing the Director’s schedule, priorities and follow ups • Coordinating communication across teams • Overseeing customer and internal documentation • Supporting pre and post installation processes • Maintaining accurate records in Asana, ServiceM8 and CRM • Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and internal processes What We Are Looking For • Experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Confidence managing multiple priorities • Comfortable working across systems and improving processes • Professional communication skills This is a role for someone who wants to be more than a task manager.
