Your Role: As the Administration Officer, you will undertake a broad range of corporate service activities that support effective school operations, with the management of daily classroom relief (Supervisions) at the forefront of the role. Due to the operational requirements of coordinating daily staffing arrangements, availability from 6:30am Monday to Friday is essential. Responsibilities include: Coordinate staffing arrangements including relief and contract placements, roster variations, and workforce data tracking to ensure operational continuity. Provide human resource support including workforce planning, staff records management, leave and ADO administration, timesheet processing, and monitoring compliance requirements (including professional development and mandatory training). Assist with claims and rehabilitation case management processes, liaising with relevant regional teams and supporting staff wellbeing. Maintain the school calendar regarding events, excursions and day to day operations Ensure departmental policies, legislative requirements and procedural guidelines are accurately interpreted and applied. Support the efficient delivery of corporate services by identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance school operations. About You: The successful applicant will demonstrate: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and maintain confidentiality when working with staff, students and stakeholders. Experience in administrative or corporate services roles, ideally within an education or similar environment. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to improving administrative processes. Knowledge of Government policies, processes, compliance requirements and corporate systems is highly regarded. Interested?
