Embrace possibilities and be open to new ideas and creating bold solutions. About the role The Executive Director of Strategic, Development & Engagement  is seeking an EA to provide high-quality, timely support and help coordinate communication and administration across the Division.  In this role you will: provide highâlevel executive support including complex diary management, meeting coordination and secretariat support, preparation of briefings, reports and memos. act as first point of contact for the Executive Director, ensuring timely, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. coordinate and follow up requests from the CEO, Councillors and Executives to ensure accurate, onâtime responses. support compliance, reporting cycles, records management, and effective use of corporate systems. build relationships across the organisation and help foster a strong administrative community within the division.  About you: experienced Executive Assistant (or similar role) with strong judgement, discretion and adaptability. highly organised, techâconfident and calm under pressure. strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences. tertiary qualification in business administration (or equivalent experience). willingness to work flexibly to meet business demands.  Download position description.  This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
