12‑month contract Canberra, Melbbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide Hybrid working We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multi‑stream delivery across this high‑visibility transformation.As Program Manager, you will coordinate complex workstreams, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure program delivery aligns with strategic outcomes, risk settings, and governance requirements.You'll work closely with leaders across architecture, security, operations, risk, and delivery partners to keep the program moving forward with clarity and confidence. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end program planning, including integrated schedules, dependencies, milestones, and critical path management. Run program governance rhythms-steering committees, delivery forums, decision-making workflows, and executive reporting. Establish and maintain robust program controls (RAID, change, escalation pathways, quality, assurance). Manage program financials, forecasting, benefits tracking, and vendor-related costs. Support procurement activities including evaluation coordination, stakeholder inputs, probity management, and onboarding of delivery partners. Oversee consulting and delivery partners, ensuring performance, deliverables, and commercial boundaries are maintained. Required Skills Proven background delivering complex, multi-stream technology-enabled programs in large or highly regulated organisations. Strong capability establishing program governance, controls, assurance and executive‑level reporting. Experience leading large cross-functional teams, including vendors and internal specialists. Experience leading digital transformation or high-budget programs ($50M). Background within public sector or regulated environments.
