We’re accepting applications from bright, creative and assertive candidates who want to make an impact.Reporting to the Director of Brand, the Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a cutting-edge marketing activation plan for the assigned portfolio of hotels & brands in the Melbourne region. Focused on increasing awareness through all channels and driving performance across market segments, the Regional Marketing Manager will support the Hotel General Managers’ in bringing innovative ideas to life for the brand/s through the hotel & dining experiences.About the Role:12 month fix term contract commencing May 2026.Offered as hybrid - 3 days WFO / 2 days WFHMonday to Friday working hours You will lead the brand and marketing strategy for a portfolio of hotels across Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and managing strategic marketing plans, brand positioning, and campaign activations for each property. In this role, you’ll work closely with the broader Brand & Marketing team and collaborate with selected creative agency partners to deliver impactful, customer‑focused marketing outcomes that elevate our presence in the market.Key responsibilities:Develop annual marketing plans for the portfolio working with cross-functional teams to align on business needs, and to drive revenueManage related budgets, tracking and reporting, with regular updates on progress and optimisation to increase performanceActivate marketing initiatives such as tactical campaigns, digital, print, on-property, special events and local partnershipsCreate and manage content for all brands across all channels including websites for hotel, restaurant, bar, and TFE Hotels and third-party websites, social media, and digital signageLead new photography for all brands including planning, logistics and delivery of final assetsHelp to develop compelling hotel packages that appeal to target segments, leveraging partnerships with promotion across channelsLead social media plans, calendar and activity, including agency and community managementLead creative delivery across print and digital for all brands and manage new design briefs working with freelancers, agencies or internal design teamManage and maintain hotel-based brand portfolio databases, and lead acquisition and engagement activitiesPrepare marketing updates and present at owner and key stakeholder meetingsA little more about you:3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, hotels, meetings, or events.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or equivalent vocational qualifications/experience).Proven ability to develop integrated marketing plans and deliver successful multi‑channel activations.Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting marketing data, insights, and managing budgets.Exceptional organisational and project‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Collaborative stakeholder manager who builds strong relationships and works effectively across teams.Confident communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and a high attention to detail.Creative flair for design and content, with the ability to produce engaging, customer‑focused material.Passionate about people, processes, and problem‑solving, bringing a practical, solutions‑focused approach.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Unrestricted working rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorship.
