Description We’re seeking an experienced Aftersales Support Manager to grow parts and service revenue by strengthening customer relationships, promoting preventative maintenance programs, and delivering high‑quality technical aftersales support across the CEA network. This role is a key link between customers, branches, dealers, Parts and Service teams, and national technical resources. You’ll support troubleshooting and technical enquiries, manage quotations and CRM activity, and help uplift technical capability to improve customer satisfaction and machine uptime. Key Responsibilities Drive growth in parts and service revenue through proactive customer engagement and upselling. Promote preventative maintenance and service programs. Prepare, issue, and follow up customer quotations. Build strong relationships with customers, branches, and dealers. Coordinate and support technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis nationally. Escalate complex technical issues through internal and factory support channels. Support training, coaching, and knowledge sharing across the business. Work closely with Parts and Service Managers to identify growth opportunities. About You Trade qualified Diesel Fitter with strong hydraulic experience in heavy earthmoving or construction equipment. Proven technical troubleshooting and diagnostic capability. Strong commercial mindset with experience growing aftersales revenue. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
