We are working on behing of a leading HVAC business seeking an experienced Service Coordinator with a background in HVAC or Fire services to join our team. About the Role This role is responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing customer service requests, and ensuring efficient delivery of HVAC or Fire service operations. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate service technicians and jobs Manage service requests through major customer portals Liaise with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records using MS Office systems Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in service scheduling or coordination Proven experience in either HVAC or Fire services (essential) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience using major customer portals Excellent organisational and communication skills What’s on Offer Salary $70,000 – $90,000 , dependent on experience Secure role with an industry-leading company Supportive team and long-term career opportunity
