In an exciting development, UTS College has become the first Australian tertiary institution to offer the Cambridge International AS and A Levels program. This program is designed specifically for students aged 16 to 19, combining globally recognised Cambridge International qualifications with a comprehensive university experience that ensures students are well-prepared for the academic and personal challenges of university life. We are looking for 2 Cambridge Curriculum Writers to join the program on fixed-term contracts until January 2027, developing the second-year content for our new Cambridge cohort. Cluster 1: A-Level Cambridge Economics and A-Level Cambridge Accounting Cluster 2: A-Level Cambridge Physics and A-Level Cambridge Maths About you We’re looking for someone who has: A bachelor’s degree in the discipline (post-graduate qualifications will be highly regarded) A Graduate Certificate in Student Centred Learning (or willingness to complete in the first 12 months) Experience teaching and/or curriculum development for Cambridge International AS/A Levels, or similar high-stakes programs Experience working with under-18 students, and an understanding of their learning needs The ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment An empathetic approach to challenging situations, aiming for constructive and positive outcomes What UTS College has to Offer A convenient inner-city location, located close to Central Station and Railway Square.
