About the Role You play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of parts and materials required for our maintenance, repair, and installation operations across VIC. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where organisation, accuracy, and clear communication are essential. Your day-to-day work will include coordinating parts availability, maintaining job records, expediting components, and preparing all relevant documentation to keep our field and service teams moving. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem‑solving, enjoys working collaboratively, and has a natural ability to build strong internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end parts administration, including availability checks, ordering, and tracking. Update and maintain job summaries and data accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate the movement of materials and components to support maintenance and repair activities. Prepare and process documentation such as purchase requests, delivery information, and inventory updates. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and excellent service delivery. What You’ll Bring Minimum of two years' experience in administration, logistics, parts coordination, or customer service. A strong problem‑solving mindset paired with a genuine customer-first approach. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational capability. A collaborative team attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
