Description You will work autonomously as part of a growing team, reporting directly to the General Manager. We are seeking a reliable person who possesses a broad range of practical skills to undertake general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of all areas within the building. Duties will include but are not limited to: Technical and manual skills to ensure maintenance standards are operating to their highest level. Ability to prioritize multiple task requests and work autonomously. Plan and assist with repairs, maintenance, and installation activities. Maintain effective working relationships with maintenance contractors and suppliers. Carry out inspections of facilities. Comply with maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. Provide timely and accurate reporting to Management on request. Work closely with the other departments to achieve high-quality service, presentation, and delivery to guests. High attention to detail, exceptional time management and ability to multi-task. Ensure work, health and safety policies are adhered to. Upkeep and maintenance of safety equipment and service as per requirement. Skills And Experiences The successful applicant will have: Knowledge of general maintenance and building repair. Tiing and paiting experince. The ability to work in a small team. To be able to carry out manual handling. To maintain a high standard of work. Awareness and understanding of current OH & S legislation. Good communication skills. Pride in their place of work.
