We’re on the lookout for a Power Platform Developer to help automate, innovate and transform the way our teams work, using Microsoft Power Platform and AI. Key Responsibilities You’ll be the brains behind the automation magic. You’ll be: • Designing, building and supporting solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Power Pages • Developing Copilot Studio agents, chatbots and AI-powered solutions that streamline workflows and enhance user experience • Identifying opportunities to digitise and automate manual business processes across the organisation • Integrating Power Platform and AI solutions with Microsoft 365, enterprise systems and external APIs • Applying strong governance, security and best-practice standards to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant and sustainable • Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions and drive adoption • Contributing to our automation and AI roadmap, keeping an eye on emerging technologies and innovative use cases What We’re Looking For You’ll bring the technical skills and the curiosity to keep pushing what’s possible: • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse • Experience building chatbots, AI assistants or automation using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI or similar tools • Confidence integrating systems using APIs, connectors and Microsoft/Azure services • Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, security, ALM and deployment pipelines • Experience working in agile delivery environments • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL 400 or PL 600, with AI 900 or AI 102 highly desirable • In line with our Right to Disconnect Policy, this role may require availability for out of hours contact where matters are urgent or business critical.
