Test Lead - SAP Successfactors (HR Payroll) Contract until June 2026 (strong extension potential for Stages 2) $837 per day Sydney / CBD / hybrid Our client is a large, purpose-driven organisation delivering regulated, high-volume services across NSW. They are at the start of a multi-year HR and workforce systems transformation on SAP SuccessFactors, replacing legacy systems across recruitment, HR, and payroll. Stage 1 focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and core employee records, with later phases expanding into payroll and workforce systems. This role is central to establishing the testing framework, ensuring quality and stability across the platform as it scales. Responsibilities Lead all testing activities for Stage 1 - Recruitment, Onboarding & Employee Central, Stage 2 - HR payroll Develop and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans , and test cases Manage SIT, UAT, NFT, and PIV across internal teams and external vendors Monitor progress, manage defects, run triage sessions, and escalate risks Provide clear test status and release readiness reporting for stakeholders Guide and mentor test analysts, driving capability uplift Promote best practice and continuous improvement in testing processes and tools Be prepared to help with stages 2&3 Requirements Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors (HR Payroll ) testing, including migration from legacy systems 5 years in Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead roles across all phases of the test lifecycle Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, NFT, and PIV Skilled in coordinating vendor testing and supporting business stakeholders Strong defect management, risk identification, and escalation skills Experience creating Test Strategies, Plans, and Summary Reports Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Zephyr or similar Relevant tertiary qualification and testing certification Does this sound like you?
