As a Member Guidance Representative, you’ll support our members with clear, helpful guidance that improves their retirement outcomes. You’ll have real conversations, offer practical next steps, and make a meaningful impact every day. Day to day, you'll: Support members with general advice and education that helps them take action. Build strong member relationships through proactive, personalised engagement. Book and coordinate advice appointments to meet member needs. Work closely with the Advice Delivery team on pre and postadvice tasks. Keep accurate records and follow compliance, legislative and risk requirements. We have four permanent roles and one maximumterm opportunity available until 30 June 2026. Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne About you You’re someone who genuinely cares about helping people make better decisions. You can explain things simply, listen well, and guide conversations with confidence. You bring warmth, professionalism and a memberfirst mindset to everything you do. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Strong knowledge of superannuation and its related rules and processes. A passion for member education and delivering a great experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to influence, negotiate and build trusted relationships.
