As Manager you will: - Manage and support the team to develop and deliver existing and new projects and programs, overseeing timeframes and outcomes for these activities. - Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior executives on complex issues related to innovation in Queensland, including the preparation and oversight of submissions, briefs and correspondence. - Work strategically to actively resolve problems and deliver outcomes and results in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining best practice processes and protocols. - High level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise, consult and maintain positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. - Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
