The important parts: Pay: $55-65 per hour Super Duration: 6-month Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm Start Date: ASAP Location: Tullamarine What you will be required to do: You’ll provide operational and compliance support across the Tullamarine and Woodend manufacturing sites, working closely with PMO, engineering, quality, and production teams. Supporting manufacturing to ensure adherence to cGMP and internal Quality Management Systems Assisting manufacturing and engineering teams with deviation investigations , compliance actions and audit readiness Working through a backlog of compliance‑related activities (including records, actions, and documentation) Providing technical writing support and updating documentation as required Supporting onboarding of contingent workers, training, LMS updates, and maintaining compliance records Attending weekly project meetings and shop‑floor meetings (production, quality, engineering) Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet compliance targets Escalating non‑conformances and significant risks to leadership Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements Supporting CAPA close‑out, quality systems tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives To be successful in the role you will: Have 5 years’ experience in a similar role Strong GMP experience (essential) Capability in technical writing and documentation management Experience working within manufacturing or operational environments Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Problem‑solving mindset and ability to prioritise competing tasks A Science or Engineering degree (minimum requirement) What’s on offer for you: A high‑impact role supporting major compliance and operational activities Work within a collaborative team (PMO & operations) Exposure to multiple business areas: manufacturing, engineering, quality Stable 6‑month assignment with a leading global organisation Monday–Friday daytime hours with no overtime required Synergie Australia delivers a full 360º recruitment solution, consisting of temporary and permanent recruitment services , and more.
