This role combines strategic influence with analytical depth, operating across broad stakeholders. What You’ll Do Lead the design and delivery of enterprise SWP, including scenario modelling, supply–demand analysis and intervention planning aligned to strategy Integrate workforce, financial and business data to inform enterprise trade-offs and investment decisions Deliver clear, compelling insights and artefacts to help help ou workforce of the future. Bring external workforce and market intelligence to inform strategic direction Define success measures and track impact of workforce initiatives Operate with discretion and influence in a complex, agile environment What You’ll Bring Demonstrated Strategic Workforce Planning expertise at enterprise scale Strong analytical capability, integrating people, financial and business data Confidence engaging and influencing a broad range of stakeholders including senior leaders Strategic mindset with external orientation and commercial acumen Proven experience at writing for senior audiences up to and including Board.
