What’s Involved Coordinate acceptance related activities in line with assigned Scopes of Work. Support management and Validation and Verification activities and associated with deliverables. Coordinate Test and Activation activities, including readiness, scheduling, and execution support. Support MSITP management, including booking, scheduling, and activity coordination Management acceptance issues, observations, and defects through tracking, burndown, and closeout activities. Support Pre-Delivery Maintenance Program activities where assigned. Coordinate Integrated Product Support validation activities as required. Maintain accurate acceptance records, trackers, and documentation to support acceptance milestones. Liaise with engineering, testing, quality, operations, subcontractors, and external stakeholders. Provide regular status updates and inputs to acceptance reports and dashboards. Support continuous improvement of acceptance coordination process and tools. You’ll Need Diploma, Trade Qualification, or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technical, or related discipline, with experience in shipbuilding, marine operations, or complex project environments OR Equivalent experience in project coordination, scheduling, or project controls within large-scale technical, marine, defence, or industrial projects Strong coordination and scheduling skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical terms Why Join Us?
