About The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager NSW to join our Ramset – Concrete Systems Sales Division. Reporting to the National Sales Manager AU, this role is full time on the road with occasional meetings at the NSW office based at Ingleburn. What You’ll Do: As our Ramset Account Manager you will: Make a difference: Maintain an existing portfolio of customers and generate new business opportunities to drive sustainable sales growth across NSW. Innovate and solve problems: Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing and supply chain colleagues to develop and implement targeted sales strategies across your territory. Collaborate: Build deep relationships with key market influencers - specifiers, consultants, developers, contractors, and industry bodies - in partnership with NSW and National Engineering teams. Continuous Improvement: Provide customer and market insights back to the business to help shape product availability and customer satisfaction improvements. What You'll Bring: Proven experience selling products, solutions, or services in the construction industry (or related field). Strong communication, commercial acumen and mechanical/technical aptitude. Demonstrated capability to create demand by engaging all stakeholders in the decision-making process. Excellent relationship-building and project management skills. A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and alignment with ITW’s culture and values - including 80/20 focus, strategic thinking, and delivering results.
