Location: Perth Engagement: Initially to 30 June 2026 About the Role: Provide senior, hands-on business analysis leadership across multiple programs and projects for our client Act as the trusted senior BA interface between delivery teams, vendors and senior operational stakeholders Operate within established governance, delivery frameworks, tools and work practices What You’ll Be Doing: Rapidly embedding into existing project environments and commencing delivery with minimal ramp-up Leading the elicitation, analysis and validation of complex business and functional requirements Translating operational, legislative and strategic needs into clear, actionable requirements Driving efficient production of BA artefacts (BRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) Owning complex, cross-stream analysis and resolving ambiguity to maintain delivery momentum Providing lead-level oversight, mentoring and quality assurance for a team of 4 experienced Business Analysts Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders to influence priorities, unblock delivery and support decision-making Supporting solution design, impact assessment, testing/ UAT, change control and governance activities Key Outcomes & Measures: Immediate contribution to delivery with minimal orientation High-quality, fit-for-purpose requirements aligned to existing standards Clear traceability, governance, and compliance outcomes without slowing delivery Consistent, pragmatic BA outputs across the team About You: You are a seasoned Senior or Lead Business Analyst who thrives in complex, high-risk environments. You balance pace with precision, are comfortable leading experienced BA teams and are trusted by senior stakeholders to provide clear judgment and direction. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 8–12 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including leading and mentoring BA teams Proven ability to integrate quickly into established government or regulated commercial project environments Strong experience delivering complex analysis under tight timeframes and operational sensitivity Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and executive-level communication skills Strong experience across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models Proficiency with Microsoft DevOps and the Microsoft Office suite Why Join?
