As the Settlements Officer, you will closely with our Settlements Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely settlements for our extensive broker network. Why You’ll Love This Role ✔ Fast-moving environment with lots of variety ✔ Strong broker network – no two days the same ✔ Supportive team and clear development pathways ✔ Stable, growing business in asset finance What You’ll Do Process settlement requests from our broker network quickly and accurately Review loan documentation and ensure all requirements are met before issue Accurately prepare settlement figures and manage disbursements Complete PPSR registrations for each contract Conduct confirmation calls with customers at settlement Send remittances to suppliers and brokers Issue welcome packs to customers post‑settlement Manage post‑settlement follow‑ups, including PPSR removals for refinances What You Bring 2 years in settlements, loan processing, or a similar finance role (highly desirable) Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills – written and verbal Good numerical and problem‑solving ability A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership Ability to work in a fast-paced, high‑volume environment Collaborative, reliable and team‑focused Ready to Apply?
