About the role This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Multi-Site Manager to lead high-performing luxury stores. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you will balance hands-on sales leadership with strategic oversight, driving both individual and store performance while delivering an unforgettable customer journey. What you will do Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers and senior team members across three locations. Deliver elevated luxury customer experiences, including styling appointments and VIP client engagement. Drive sales performance through personal sales, team development, and commercial strategy. Maintain impeccable brand standards across VM, presentation, and service. Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients. What you will bring Proven experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally across multiple sites. A strong personal sales background with confidence working with VIP clients. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop leaders. A passion for styling, tailoring, and delivering highly personalised service. Commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
