Location: Balcatta & Canningvale Start: Immediate / ASAP Duration: 6-8 weeks (with potential for ongoing role6 We are seeking an experienced Production Plant Manager to step into a key leadership role within a busy manufacturing operation for a 5-8 week temporary assignment , with the potential to transition into an ongoing position for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who can hit the ground running, stabilise operations, and drive performance across production, safety, and people. This position will work/manage two sites - Balcatta & Canningvale. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day production operations to ensure output, quality, and safety targets are met Manage and motivate production teams, supervisors, and key stakeholders Drive compliance with WHS, quality, and operational standards Identify and implement short-term process improvements and efficiencies Work closely with senior management on production planning and performance reporting Ensure smooth handover and continuity of operations About You Proven experience as a Production Manager / Plant Manager in a manufacturing or processing environment Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on management style Ability to quickly assess operations and make sound decisions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Available to commit to a 6-8 week assignment , with openness to ongoing opportunities What's On Offer Competitive temporary hourly or daily rate Opportunity to make an immediate impact in a leadership role Potential pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate Supportive and professional working environment If you are an experienced production leader available in the short term and open to longer-term opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
