We are seeking for an industry experienced professional to assist in overseeing the performance of our highly skilled Used Vehicle Sales team. This role is about helping to maintain factory targets, setting and maintaining customer service levels of the highest standard and always upholding our dealership and company values. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate : Proven Automotive Sales experience Ambition to progress into a Used Car Sales Manager role Strong knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets & sound computer skills Commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction The ability to study and retain detailed product information Strong communication and organisational skills The ability to work as part of a team A current driver's license Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to : Assist in overseeing systems and processes to ensure customer service standards are met at all times; Working collaboratively with other departments including service, parts, finance and accessories; Developing and driving strong process around lead management and road to a sale.
